My trip to Santa Monica a few weeks back would not have been complete without a stop at the farmer’s market. California produce gets me so excited, I couldn’t wait to get a taste of what their markets were like. The most incredible thing was seeing tons of citrus and avocados in the stands. Avocados! Not something you’re going to see at an NYC market. The piles of peppers were also pretty impressive, and the quality of the fruit just seemed better. Oh California, I’m so envious of your climate and incredible produce! Til next time…
