Setting the Table: Autumn Apples

Apples not only taste amazing, but they’re so perfectly pretty to look at. Since they last awhile, it’s so easy to make them part of your table setting. I love just having a basket of different varieties as a centerpiece, and using rustic touches throughout the rest of the setting. Burlap, wood, and leather do the trick! Apples are probably the easiest fruit to work into an entire menu. How good does butternut squash and apple soup sound? I would be so tempted to add curry powder. Apple and smoked mozzarella mini calzones are a true favorite, and apple chips are a perfect crisp treat. What’s your favorite apple dish?
